I personally love the nifty little touch that these sunglasses have to offer, it’s just a matter of whether you enjoy it or not. If you don’t want to spend too much money on a pair of GUCCI or Ray-Ban shades, this is a great substitute. Sunglass Picks would agree with that!

Product Description

Aviators have been a fan favorite ever since the release of “Top Gun” starring Tom Cruise, but how are you suppose to know which pair of aviators is going to be an ideal fit for your look? Whatever you’re buying, if it has to do with fashion or clothes, you need to make sure it looks right before making the purchase – but online, you can’t do that. I’m here to review the American Optical Original Pilot Eyewear 52mm Frame Aviator shades, and hopefully the information I have to share is going to help you out with the shopping process. In my opinion, some of the best reviews (regarding sunglasses) would be the ones that break down every single feature possible. I’m not really a reviewing specialist, so I’ll do my best!

Features

The glasses themselves are made out of completely metal, and Neil Armstrong actually wore a pair when he was present on the Apollo 11 (which was a space mission that took astronauts to the moon in 1975). There is a lot of history behind these glasses, as many military men (and women) got to make use of these shades; they’ve been issued to soldiers, sailors, marines and even air patrol ever since the year of 1964. They won’t distort your vision, and they’re one of the toughest sunglasses I’ve ever used on a personal level – you’ll be experiencing True Color Grey glass lens on top of that. It’s a great fit for smaller faces, as the 52mm frame isn’t too much to work with. I love aviators because of their stylish look, but the history behind them is just as intriguing.

Pro’s

When it comes to a pair of sunglasses, you can be hit with a pretty steep price tag at times. With the American Optical Original Pilot Eyewear 52mm Frame, you don’t need to struggle when it comes to making the purchase. It only costs around $70 for a pair of sunglasses, and you might even be able to find them on sale. Like I said before, there’s a lot of history behind this product, so that’s another pro to take away from this.

Con’s

Although these are easy to put on and have a lot of history behind them, the aviator style just doesn’t suit some people. It’s almost like you need to be a big dude (or relatively cool, as in a spy or something) in order to actually wear them. Even Neil Armstrong was an astronaut, so it really feels like you’re out of place if you don’t wear them properly.

Summary

I personally love the nifty little touch that these sunglasses have to offer, it’s just a matter of whether you enjoy it or not. If you don’t want to spend too much money on a pair of GUCCI or Ray-Ban shades, this is a great substitute. Sunglass Picks would agree with that!
